About James L. Moss
I was born and raised in Bonham, Texas. I graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas in 2000 with a B.S. in Business Administration. In 2005, I graduated cum laude from Texas Wesleyan School of Law (now Texas A&M School of Law). I was ranked #7 overall in my law school class and was a member of the Texas Wesleyan Law Review.
From 2005 to 2015, I was the First Assistant Criminal District Attorney in Fannin County, Texas. During that time, I gained extensive experience prosecuting thousands of criminal and juvenile cases. In 2014, I was awarded the Bonham Area Chamber of Commerce Public Servant of the Year.
